I came, I saw, I reviewed
The stay was a disaster. The room was filthy with numerous bugs, and the sheets were stained. The staff was unhelpful and rude, further ruining our experience. This place felt less like a hotel and more like a rundown motel. A truly disappointing choice for anyone seeking comfort.

It was just an optimal selection for shopping in Kissimmee with good value considering price it charged. I appreciated leaving a $10 deposit for the TV remote, which reflects the quirks of this place. Just be prepared for some cleanliness issues in the bathroom.

The staff was somewhat respectful.
I had the most disgusting experience at this hotel. The bathroom was filthy, with stains and overall dirtiness that made me question my choice. To make matters worse, I found blood and urine stains on my comforter! I felt utterly misled by the photos online. this place was worse than a cheap motel. No one should pay to stay in such a dump.

enjoyable strolls to parks and dining options nearby
I really appreciated the easy access to Kissimmee Lakefront Park and the delicious food from nearby restaurants like Red Lobster and Kebab Curry Pizza, which made my wanderings throughout the area even more enjoyable during my stay as a solo traveler for three nights in a standard room. there’s definitely room for improvement in the cleanliness of the hotel though.

Kissimmee has some hidden gems! Kebab Curry Pizza whipped up fries that had me dreaming. Plus, the nearby Spanish Rotisserie? Total flavor bomb! Oh, and the location is super convenient for nearby spots.
Dust bunnies everywhere. The whole place reeked of wet cigs. My fam felt like we were trapped in a sketchy film, with unruly peeps outside. It was a real headache.

We enjoyed the spacious Deluxe King Room, perfect for our large family. The location was spot on, close to restaurants and shops. My daughters loved the nearby amusement parks, making our trip entertaining for everyone!
In my wife’s opinion, it would be great to have a pool for the kids.

missingWrote a review on Jul 18outdoor poolfriendly staffdirty bathroomold fixturesnoise issues
I booked a Standard Room for a couple of nights hoping for a decent stay. The outdoor pool looked inviting, a real highlight of the place. Some staff members were friendly and tried hard to assist. However, I faced significant issues. The room cleanliness was disappointing. I found stains on the sheets and the bathroom could have used a deep clean. I also noticed some outdated fixtures and rusted elements in the room. Early morning noise from nearby traffic and motorcycles made it hard to get a good night's sleep. I ended up leaving feeling unsatisfied.

Had an amazing time with my friends! We loved relaxing by the pool and hitting two top-notch golf courses nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. Perfect spot for a budget-friendly getaway. Just a heads-up, expect basic amenities and plan ahead for dining options.
While we had a great stay overall, the cleanliness in some areas, particularly the shower curtain, could have been better, which was a bit disappointing.

I stumbled upon this place while waiting for my new home to be ready and was pleasantly surprised by how spacious the rooms were and the cozy vibe of the courtyard. The outdoor pool was just what I needed to unwind, and I enjoyed relaxing on the lounge chairs as well. Just wish there were more towels available, but overall, it was a great stay! 🌞

While the price was low and the location convenient, cleanliness was a major concern with dirty sheets and a musty smell in the room. Though the staff seemed friendly, there was a cockroach problem that made the stay uncomfortable. Be prepared to bring your own towels and linens.
